With the situation and government guidelines changing daily we are trying to remain as dynamic as possible in order to maintain our service levels. However, as a family-centric organisation our number one priority has to be the health, safety and well-being of our wonderful team and their families.
In order to allow us to continue to operate a service as close to normal as possible, the office and warehouse will remain open. The office team are all working from home, while the warehouse team are strictly complying with Government advice to maintain a minimum 2m distance from colleagues. We've also put in place stringent cleaning of all 'touch points' throughout our building. This will significantly reduce exposure to COVID-19 and enable greater social distancing amongst the team.
We will be working really hard to reduce any impact this might have on our service levels with you. If you need something urgently, then let us know and we will do everything possible to meet your requirements. We have significantly improved our working from home capabilities, so good communication should be maintained.
If you need something please allow a few extra days wherever possible, longer if you can, to ease the stress on our courier partners. Please understand, these are exceptional times especially for our courier partners, so your order may take a little longer to be delivered.
